Monitoring

Your property is monitored 24 hours a day and 7 days a week through a

UL-approved Central Station.

What happens when your alarm sounds?

When your alarm sounds, it will send a signal through your phone line to the central station telling them which zone in your house has been violated.

The central station will then call the premise, if there is no answer or someone answers but does not have the passcode that we have on file for your account, the central station will contact the proper authorities who will then be dispatched to your home.

Peace of mind, 24/7

  • If there is a possible break-in, the central station will dispatch to your local police department.

  • If the signal sent to the central station is for a fire alarm, the fire department will then be dispatched to your home.

  • If there is a medical emergency then an ambulance will be dispatched.

  • Once the appropriate authorities are dispatched, the central station will then proceed to call the contacts on your emergency list to inform them of the activity that occurred.

  • If the alarm was set off by accident, the central station will call to verify your identity by requesting your password and information. If verified, no further action will be taken.
